Cemetery Tap
The cemetery tap is switched off at the mains and Severn Trent Water are unable to switch it back on as there is a water leak at the connected site, The Commercial Inn.
They have issued the owner with a notice requesting contact so they can gain access to the premises. If no contact is made efforts will be made via the potential new owner if the inn is sold at auction next week.

Emptying Dog Bins
Due to injury the Parish Warden was unable to empty the bins yesterday. The Council is trying to get this sorted so the bins can be emptied this week. In the meantime can I ask that, if a bin is full, you either dispose of the waste in a normal litter bin (this is permitted) or that you take it home and dispose of it.

Consultation on Project to develop 2nd floor of Sports Pavilion
The Council has exciting plans to develop the 2nd floor of the Sports Pavilion to provide a commercial community facility.
The 2nd floor will be developed to create a community venue/space that will be available for rent.
The project will be funded by a public works loan (and possible grant monies) with loan repayments paid from rental income.
