Pilsley Village Hall
From 1st April 2017 Pilsley Village Hall, which is conveniently located on Pear Tree Road, just off Bridge Street, is to be managed and operated through a charitable organisation known as The Pilsley Village Hall CIO.
From this date all booking enquiries must be made via the charity by 'phoning 07934 968707. An on-line booking facility will be available soon through the Pilsley Village Hall website - www.pilsleyvillagehall.org.
The Large Hall and a separate meeting room are available for hire at competitive rates. There is also a kitchen and bar area (available subject to your application for a temporary events licence).
The scale of charges from the end of April 2017 are shown below. The rates for community organisations are slightly less than for commercial organisations.

GENERAL NOTES
1. The kitchen and other equipment can be hired separately.
2. If a cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the hire of the hall no charge will be levied.
3. If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the hire of the hall up to 50% of the hiring fee may be charged.
4. All hiring times must include the time required for preparation and clearing away
5. For children's parties (12 & under), the use of kitchen is included in the rate
6. Pilsley Village Hall reserve the right to reject a hiring request in order to meet its responsibilities in areas such as health & safety, security and maintenance of the hall
7. Pilsley Village Hall cannot be held responsible for any failure in the supply of services. If this is an issue we advise the hirer to take out appropriate event insurance.
